Michael Jones has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael first started working as a Ride Operator at Trahanas Amusements from 2010 to 2014. In 2016, they held a role as a Remote Scorer at Measurement Incorporated before moving on to work as a Passenger Service Agent at ASIG.
From 2016 to 2021, Michael worked at AST, initially as a Customer Service Representative where they handled high call volumes and interacted with shareholders and third-party callers. Michael then transitioned to the role of Call Center Trainer, where they trained new employees remotely via GoToMeeting sessions. Lastly, they worked as a Call Center Researcher, performing research tasks and addressing inquiries.
In 2021, Michael joined Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, where they took on the role of a Call Center Researcher, resolving complex inquiries and completing research requests. Michael was then promoted to the position of Customer Communications Manager, where they collaborated with the VP of Customer Communications to enhance customer experience through comprehensive communication strategies and process enhancements.
Most recently, Michael joined The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) as a Securities Processing Associate Team Lead in 2023.
Michael Jones earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Sullivan County Community College from 2011 to 2013. Michael then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the State University of New York at Old Westbury from 2013 to 2015.
