Safwat Ibrahim

Safwat Ibrahim has a diverse work experience. Safwat started their career at Amazon as a Kiva Technician from August 2014 to May 2016. Later, they worked at Verizon Wireless as a Sales Representative from May 2016 to January 2017. After that, they joined Rutgers University as a Resident Assistant from January 2018 to May 2019. Since July 2019, Safwat has been working at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). Safwat served as an Infrastructure Service Analyst from July 2019 to February 2021, a Senior Infrastructure Specialist from February 2021 to February 2022, and a Unified Communications Engineer from February 2022 to February 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Associate and Lead Unified Communications Engineer at DTCC.

Safwat Ibrahim pursued their education in the field of Management Information Systems. Safwat started their academic journey in 2010 at Mercer County Community College, where they completed their Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Management Information Systems by 2013. Later on, from 2016 to 2019, they attended Rutgers Business School to obtain their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Management Information Systems, General.

In addition to their formal education, Safwat Ibrahim also obtained certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In January 2020, they earned a Five9 Blended Certification from Five9. Furthermore, in May 2023, they completed the System Administration and IT Infrastructure Services certification from Google.
