Alen Kaludercic

Alen Kaludercic is an experienced resident manager with a strong background in overseeing residential properties. Currently serving as a Resident Manager at The Dermot Company, LP since September 2022, Alen manages a 475-unit apartment rental building, supervising a team of 15 and handling various tasks including turnovers, service requests, contractor coordination, budget management, and preventative maintenance programs. Prior to this role, Alen managed a 300-unit rental building at Equity Residential from January 2017 to August 2022 and a luxury residential building in Manhattan with 200 units at Crescent Heights from March 2014 to January 2017.
