Maxwell Blowfield

Maxwell Blowfield is an experienced media and public relations professional with a strong background in the museum and cultural sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Media and PR Manager at The Design Museum since May 2022, Maxwell also manages a newsletter focused on museums and the arts that has been featured in both the Observer and Elephant magazine. Prior to this role, Maxwell was a Press Officer at The British Museum, overseeing media campaigns for prominent exhibitions, and served as the Communications Officer at Sir John Soane's Museum, where responsibilities included planning exhibition campaigns and managing marketing channels. Maxwell holds a Master of Arts in Museum Studies from UCL and a Bachelor of Science in Social Policy and Politics from the University of Bristol.
