Mike Shingler, CPA, MBA

Mike Shingler, CPA, MBA has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. Mike began their career in 1992 as a Brand Manager at Kellogg Company, where they were responsible for a $225 million Nutri-Grain Cereal Bars business. Mike then moved to Cost Accounting Manager for the U.S Cereal Division, Manager of Corporate Finance and Treasury, and Internal Auditing Manager. In 1999, they joined Conagra Brands as a Senior Brand Manager with P&L responsibility for a $70 million Egg Beaters business. In 2000, they joined Eli Lilly and Company in the neuroscience new products area, where they developed a strategic marketing plan to support the launches of Cymbalta and Symbyax. In 2005, they became the Director of Commercialization at JBS United, an international leader in the animal health and nutrition industry with annual sales in excess of $400 million. In 2009, they joined VoCare, Inc. as CFO (Chief Financial Officer) and Controller, a start-up health care company operating in the telehealth (medical device) area. Mike then moved to AirSign, Inc. as Director of Finance in 2015. In 2017, they took on a Controller (contract) role at bionode - eye-tech medical devices. From 2016 to 2021, they were the Director of Finance and Controller at The Desire Company. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Intuit as a QuickBooks Online Expert.

Mike Shingler, CPA, MBA holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, with a focus in Finance and Marketing. Mike also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business. Lastly, they have completed Executive Education from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, Mike is a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the State of Indiana, and a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor Online, certified by Intuit.
