Shawn Green possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Crowne Plaza Albany - The Desmond Hotel since May 2013, with previous roles including Director of Rooms Division and Director of F&B Operations. Prior experience includes the position of Director of Banquet Operations at The Desmond Hotel & Conference Center and Clubhouse Manager at Old Oaks Country Club from March 2008 to October 2009. Educational qualifications include a degree from Western New England University and a certificate in Advanced Hospitality Revenue Management from Cornell University, along with a foundation from LaSalle Institute.
