Luke Palumbo has a diverse background in hospitality and culinary management. Currently serving as the Assistant Housekeeping Manager and Manager in Training at The Dewberry Charleston since January 2023, Luke previously contributed to Penn State University as a Culinarian from January 2021 to February 2023, where responsibilities included assisting with food preparation and menu design for over 1,000 students, and achieving a promotion to Senior Culinary Apprentice. Prior experience includes working as a Donation Attendant at Goodwill Industries of Northeastern PA and as an Assistant Manager at Cocco's Pizza Inc. from January 2016 to January 2019, where Luke managed staff and inventory, and engaged with customers. Luke holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Penn State University, completed in 2022.
