Kayla Cariss

Kayla Cariss is currently a Medical Scribe at Our Family Doctor Clinic, responsible for preparing charts and managing patient documentation to enhance appointment efficiency. As a Chapter Member and Marketing Committee Chair within the Phi Delta Epsilon Medical Fraternity, Kayla leads a team to promote events through social media while ensuring timely post submissions. In the role of Chapter Leader for The Diabetes Link, Kayla facilitates connections among young adults with diabetes at the University of South Florida, organizing events to foster communication. Previous experience includes positions as a Cashier at Publix Super Markets and a Sales Ambassador at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, where Kayla provided exceptional customer service. Kayla is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Health Services at the University of South Florida, expected to graduate in December 2024.
