Sarah Guadagno

Sarah Guadagno is an experienced independent consultant and founder of 8X Life Science Communications, specializing in strategic planning and transformative growth within global Medical Affairs and Medical Communications since July 2017. Currently serving as a Differentiator at The Difference Collective and a Partner at phraktion, Sarah also holds an adjunct faculty position at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences for the Bioversity Program. Prior roles include Vice President of Global Medical Communications at Alexion Pharmaceuticals and Vice President of Medical Affairs at ZS Pharma, among other leadership positions in notable pharmaceutical companies. Sarah holds a Ph.D. in Cancer Biology and Pharmacology from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons and a BS in Chemistry with a minor in Biology from Florida International University.
