Karmen Griffith

Karmen is a dedicated, quality-driven, professional bringing 20 years of consulting experience to the TDD team.

Most of her career was spent with one of the largest environmental engineering consulting firms, Tetra Tech, Inc. During this time, Karmen held several leadership roles, developed excellent technical writing skills and expertise in environmental compliance, and drove strategic and operational objectives to achieve successful business outcomes.

Karmen has significant experience with multi-disciplinary teams involving projects in a broad array of fields including telecommunications, transmission lines, utilities, land development, salvaged automobile storage and auctioning, car rental facilities, and waste tire storage/processing. Her experience includes working with small and large private/public sector clients and federal/state government entities including the US Environmental Protection Agency, US Army Pueblo Chemical Depot, and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.

Karmen excels at working with stakeholders to form long-standing positive relationships built on open lines of communication.
