Ashlie also has experience as the Director of Brand Partnerships at Collab, Inc., where they managed budgets, executed campaigns, and procured talent for clients. Ashlie began their professional career as an Executive Assistant at The Alchemists Transmedia Storytelling, managing schedules and social media marketing. Ashlie also gained industry experience as a Development Intern at Weed Road Pictures and Muse Entertainment USA.

Ashlie D. Finch received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Television/Radio/Film & American History from Syracuse University in 2012. Currently, they are pursuing a field of study in Creative Writing at UCLA Extension, starting in 2022.
