Crystal Jackson

Crystal Jackson is the Director of Portfolio at The Dinerstein Companies. Crystal has over eight years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in multifamily assets. Prior to joining The Dinerstein Companies, Jackson was the Regional Manager at Pinnacle Property Management Services, where they oversaw the daily operations of multifamily assets and ensured all tasks were being completed as required. Crystal also completed the disposition on a 300 unit asset which resulted in a 40% return to the investor.

Before their time at Pinnacle Property Management Services, Jackson was the Regional Director of Operations at Gaia Real Estate. In this role, they were responsible for supervising daily operations of multifamily assets, Establishing an upgrade program for six assets resulting in an average of 62% ROC for 2014, and increasing net effective rents on average of 6.6% for 2014. Crystal was also responsible for expense control, budget creation, market strategies, maintenance oversight, employee evaluations, etc.
