Jeremy Putnam is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both church and community service. Currently serving as a Diocesan Mission Enabler and Diocesan Giving Advisor for The Diocese of Exeter since September 2022, Jeremy also acts as a Trustee for Cornwall Hugs, focusing on respite holidays for those affected by the Grenfell Tower fire. Previously, Jeremy held multiple positions within the Church of England, including Priest in Charge for various parishes and Pioneer Minister for Transforming Mission in Truro, demonstrating leadership and commitment to community outreach. As a co-founder and chair of the Cornwall Refugee Resource Network, Jeremy has been actively involved in supporting refugees, particularly those from conflict zones. Jeremy's earlier career includes management roles in retail, where skills in business development were honed. Educational qualifications include a BTh in Theology from the University of Oxford.
