Gabriela Valois-Velez

Gabriela Valois-Velez is an experienced hospitality professional with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Penn State University. Currently serving as a Catering Sales Manager at The Diplomat Beach Resort since July 2022, Gabriela has previously held significant roles including Bar Manager and Restaurant Manager at J. Alexander's Restaurants from June 2020 to July 2022, and Culinary Apprentice at Penn State School of Hospitality Management from January 2018 to May 2020. Additional experience includes internships and roles at The Reeds at Shelter Haven, Carolina Ale House, and as an Activities Coordinator at John I Smith Elementary School. Gabriela has a strong background in managing food and beverage operations, enhancing customer experiences, and training staff.
