Erifile M. Georgiou

Effie brings over 20 years of experience in public and private accounting in the multifamily housing industry. Her expertise includes the areas of operational efficiencies, internal controls, technical accounting and Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. She oversees the Company’s Accounting, Tax and Treasury functions, Information Technology and real estate insurance activities.

Effie earned a B.S. from Salem State College.
