Maura Tracy is a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in immigration law and advocacy for vulnerable populations, particularly children. Currently serving as the Supervising Attorney and previously as a Staff Attorney for the Detained Minors Project at The Door - A Center of Alternatives since October 2020, Maura represents unaccompanied immigrant children in various legal proceedings. Notably, Maura has held the position of Equal Justice Works Fellow, advocating for immigrant youth survivors of gender-based violence and trafficking. Prior experiences include roles as a Teaching Assistant at Fordham University School of Law, Judicial Extern at Kings County Family Court, and various legal internships focusing on immigration and family law. Maura holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BA in History with Honors from the College of the Holy Cross.
