Tom Young

Tom Young has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on IT and reservations management. Currently serving as the Global IT Assistant Director for Hotel Applications at Dorchester Collection since February 2015, Tom has managed various systems including Sabre central reservation systems and SynXis online booking solutions. Previously, Tom held positions at InterContinental Hotels Group from July 2009 to January 2015, contributing to the pre-opening and re-branding of the InterContinental London Westminster and managing reservations and events at Crowne Plaza London Kensington and Holiday Inn Guildford. Tom's early career includes roles at Principal Hotel Company, where responsibilities spanned from managing conference and events to overseeing restaurant and bar operations at Wotton House.
