-Work with Operations Manager to develop, implement, and maintain efficient front of house operations
-Manage and monitor front of house operations in an effective and efficient manner while ensuring guests are provided with top notch service
-Manage front of house inventory, order inventory as needed, and communicate additional needs with Operations Manager
-Manage cash registers and register reports/balances
-Make bank deposits on a regular basis
-Ensure each customer (whether in person or on the phone) is provided the highest quality of service and leaves the interaction satisfied
-Anticipate needs and communicate those needs to back of house management and operations management as necessary
-Maintain work schedules for front of house employees to ensure proper coverage while staying within labor budget
