-Schedule and organize food truck events and activities alongside Events Coordinator
-Support the staff to deliver the smooth and effective running of all food truck areas.
-Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen workers as well as maintenance of premises and equipment.
-Carry out inspections of areas for cleanliness, order, and compliance with KSDA regulations.
-Organize and maintain hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision for the food truck team.
-Operationally support any functions and activities preparing room and equipment for food truck events and activities
-Ensure all items that leave the truck are within standards set by upper management for quality, presentation, budget, and timeliness
-Manage inventory, order inventory as needed, and communicate additional needs with Operations Manager
-Understand and demonstrate the vision of the business
