Bruce Douglas has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Bruce started their career at Doner as a Project Manager and Associate Project Manager from 2010 to 2011. Bruce then joined The Douglas Company in 2011 and worked their way up to become the President. In this role, they led the Construction, Estimating, and Business Development teams for both the Midwest and Southeast Divisions. Prior to becoming President, Bruce held various operational positions within the company and successfully completed over $100M worth of construction projects in the senior living, healthcare, and multifamily sectors.

In terms of specialized training, Bruce attended the Fails Management Institute (FMI) in 2016 to complete the Construction Executive Institute course. Bruce also attended the FMI in 2012 to participate in the Project Manager Academy, further strengthening their project management skills.
