Andrew Cook

Andrew Cook has extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as the EPC Outsourcing Global Improvement Leader at The DOW Company, Inc. since October 2016, where accountability includes implementing best practices for safe and cost-effective project execution in outsourcing. Prior roles include Project Management Office Leader at DOW, Manager of Capital Engineering Asia at Dow Corning, and various managerial and engineering positions at Aker Solutions and Aker Kvaerner. Andrew's career began at John Brown Engineering and includes significant early experience with Chevron. Andrew holds a Certificate in Computer Studies from the University of Cape Town and a City & Guilds London qualification in Instrument and Controls from Gwent College, Newport, Wales.
