T.J. Osborne

T.J. Osborne is the Federal Policy Manager of Green For All, an initiative of Dream.org. Green For All works at the intersection of the environmental, economic, and racial justice movements to advance solutions to poverty and pollution. Before joining Green For All, T.J. served as a Policy Fellow for Evergreen Action where he conducted extensive climate and energy policy research on the Inflation Reduction Act. He also served as Amtrak’s Sustainability Intern where he wrote the first 100% renewable electricity policy in Amtrak’s history. T.J. has three years of climate and energy policy experience at the state and federal levels. He conducted research at NASA on nanomaterials and LiDAR technologies. T.J. holds a Master of Science in Energy Policy and Climate from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Marine and Environmental Science from Hampton University. He is from Virginia Beach and currently resides in Washington, D.C.
