Victoria Martin

Victoria Martin is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the homebuilding industry. Currently serving as a Sales Manager at Drees Homes since October 2017, Victoria is a graduate of the Management Development Program 2022 and a Drees CARE Trainer. Notably recognized as the 2020 Market Manager of the Year and a 100% Achiever Circle member, Victoria has consistently demonstrated leadership and excellence. Prior to Drees Homes, Victoria worked as a Sales Consultant at K. Hovnanian® Homes from March 2012 to October 2017, earning multiple accolades including West Sales Assistant of the Year in 2012 and 2013, as well as Rookie Sales Consultant of the Year in 2014 and numerous President's Club appearances. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Alabama, earned in 2010.
