DJ Nelson is an experienced professional in the field of affordable housing, currently serving as President of Eagle Point Development since January 2012, overseeing nationwide acquisition, renovation, and preservation of multifamily developments. In addition to this role, DJ Nelson has been a Partner at The Eagle Point Companies since 2006 and held the position of Vice President at Eagle Point Enterprises from 2001 to 2005. Prior roles include Sr. Investment Analyst at Edison Capital and Development Project Manager at Landmark America. DJ Nelson holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a BA in Economics from Saint Anselm College, with an educational background that began at Cheverus High School.
