Kay Ali

Kay Ali is the Director of Partnerships at The Earthshot Prize since May 2021. Prior to this, Kay served as the Head of Founding Partners at The Earthshot Prize while it was being developed under The Royal Foundation. Kay is also a Board Trustee at Rosa, the UK Fund for Women and Girls, where they oversee grantmaking funds to support women and girls organizations. Additionally, Kay has held various advisory board member roles at Queen Mary University of London and has extensive experience in leadership roles at organizations such as Relief International, Tommy's, Youth Business International, SciDev.Net, Haverstock Business & Enterprise School & College, and ECT. Kay holds a BA in Politics and an MSc in Migration from Queen Mary University of London.
