Cynthia Plemens

Cynthia Plemens has extensive experience in administration and community outreach, currently working at the East Tennessee Human Resource Agency since April 2018. Previously held positions include PR/Development Coordinator at Michael Dunn Center, where the focus was on empowering individuals with disabilities, and Executive Administrative Assistant/Office Manager at Environmental Standards, Inc. Spanning nearly two decades, Cynthia's career also includes management roles at Doubletree Hotel by Hilton and serving as Sales Manager at Roane/Morgan County News. Educationally, Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Tennessee Technological University and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Roane State Community College, with ongoing studies towards a Master's degree at Tennessee Technological University.
