Jonathan Zaidman has a diverse work experience in various environmental and animal protection organizations. Jonathan started their career at Wildcoast as a Wildlife Conservation Program Coordinator. Jonathan then moved on to Foundation to Support Animal Protection, where they served as the Internship Program Manager, successfully expanding the program and overseeing over 100 interns. Following that, Jonathan joined 1to1 Movement as the Executive Director, growing the organization and implementing impactful programming for students. Currently, they are the Director of Impact & Partnerships at The Ecology Center, leading the organization's growth and development efforts, including the replication of a new site and managing relationships across Southern California.
Jonathan Zaidman attended San Diego State University from 2003 to 2008 where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology and also specialized in Diversity & Change. In addition, they obtained a Not-for-Profit Leadership Certification from the Harvard Business School Alumni Club San Diego. Jonathan also holds certifications in Not For Profit Leadership from Harvard Business School - San Diego (obtained in March 2015) and Permaculture Design Certification from Punta Mona (obtained in January 2004).
