Gabriella Zavilla

Gabriella Zavilla has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Gabriella is currently working as a Senior Delivery Lead - Mobile Apps Pillar at The Economist since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Technical Delivery Manager at Elliptic from October 2021 to March 2023.

Gabriella has also held the position of Delivery and Programme Manager at comparethemarket.com, where they successfully led and managed a full-stack team of engineers in delivering multiple projects and initiatives, including a large 3rd party integration program. Gabriella'sresponsibilities included liaising with internal and external technology teams, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and planning capacity, budget, and roadmap. Gabriella was employed at comparethemarket.com from October 2020 to August 2021.

Before that, Gabriella worked as an Agile Product Delivery Manager at Solid State Group from March 2019 to February 2020, where they collaborated with stakeholders and technical teams to provide cost-effective solutions for various clients. Gabriella also established SDLC and matrix-management processes and handled negotiations related to budgets, resources, SOWs, and delivery governance.

Gabriella's experience includes roles at Santander Corporate & Investment Banking, Santander UK, The Institute of Directors, Intel Corporation, and Enactus UWE. At Santander, they served as an Agile Process Lead and Agile Scrum Consultant in different departments, focusing on digital transformation and internal agile processes.
