Leonie Biemolt is a seasoned UX researcher and customer insight professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Principal UX Researcher at The Economist since October 2024, Leonie previously led the customer research department at Chetwood Financial Limited, driving the research agenda and product strategies from 2020 to June 2024. Prior roles include Head of Insight Consultancy at The Institute of Customer Service and Head of Customer Insight at UBM plc, where Leonie significantly improved customer satisfaction metrics and market growth.
