Aly Rogers is a dedicated behavior analyst with significant experience in various roles within the field of behavior analysis and education. As the Founder of Behavior Explained, LLC since January 2022, Aly has provided expertise in behavior analysis. Currently serving as the Lead Clinical Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Behavior Analyst at The Edinburg Center, Aly has effectively contributed as an In-Home Behavior Therapist. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Nashoba Learning Group, where Aly authored comprehensive Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and significantly improved student achievement rates. Previous positions include Research Assistant at the Center for Autism Research & Education, Volunteer Coordinator and Team Leader at Jumpstart, and various roles involving the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis techniques at New England ABA, Inc. Aly holds a Master of Science in Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Pre-Medicine & Education from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
