Jude Richard

Jude Richard began their career in 2011 as a Production Engineer at Renault Nissan Automotive India Pvt Ltd., where they successfully facilitated the smooth launch of Renault Kwid and Nissan Sunny in the Trim & Chassis shop. Jude also created a DOJO area and collected over 1000 small kaizens per month with an implementation rate of 68% by Dec 2015. In 2016, Jude moved to Amazon where they held the role of Program Manager and was responsible for the design, delivery, and evaluation of technical programs related to CMT Audit tools and processes. Jude then progressed to the role of Operations Manager in 2020, where they were responsible for fulfillment center operations capacity planning, staffing, and scheduling. In 2021, Jude moved to Editorialist as the Director of Operations, where they reorganized the existing operations structure and defined clear metrics and goals for the operations team.

Jude Richard attended Anna University in Trichy from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering. Jude is currently attending the Indian Institute of Management in Kozhikode and is expected to earn a PCPBM Operations in Business Administration, Management and Operations by 2022.
