Katherine Broderick has worked in a variety of roles since 1990. Katherine began their career as a Store Manager at The Disney Store in 1990 before moving to The Law Offices of Steven L. Weisenberg as an Office Manager in 1998. In 2004, they became a Table Top Coordinator at Pottery Barn and then moved to CircleBuzz in 2010 as President/Business Development. In 2016, they joined Stitch Fix as a Senior Stylist and Styling Team Lead, and most recently became a Client Experience Specialist at Editorialist YX in 2021.

Katherine Broderick obtained a Bachelor's degree in Merchandising and Marketing from San Diego State University between 1986 and 1991. Katherine then attended the Fashion Institute of Technology for Fashion Merchandising. In July 2020, they obtained a certification in Humble Leadership: The Power of Relationships, Openness, and Trust (getAbstract Summary) from LinkedIn.
