Sonny Metoki

Sonny Metoki is currently serving as a Higher Education Policy Analyst at The Education Trust since October 2022, following a role as a Graduate Fellow at Tennessee SCORE from October 2021 to October 2022. Prior experience includes positions at Michigan State University, where Sonny was a Student Conduct Administrator and Residence Director, managing student behavior cases and facilitating restorative justice practices, as well as overseeing residence hall operations. Earlier roles include Resident Director at the University of Illinois Springfield and Residence Hall Director at Concordia College. Sonny's educational background features a Master's of Public Policy with a concentration in Education Policy from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Michigan State University.
