Lucy Fox

Lucy Fox is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at The Edwin Group, focusing on a client-first approach to enhance the Education Sector through a Recruit, Retain and Reduce strategy since January 2023. Prior to this role, Lucy held various positions at Tes from September 2015 to December 2022, including Business Development Manager and Senior Education Consultant, providing comprehensive support in recruitment, staff wellbeing, and CPD for educational institutions. Experience also includes roles at Triage Central Limited and Working Links as a Performance Manager, where operational efficiency and team management were central to contract delivery. Lucy began a career in education as a Primary School Teacher after earning a BA (Hons) in Professional Studies in Primary Education from the University of Hull.
