Laura McLeod

Laura McLeod is an accomplished professional with a strong background in regulatory support, policy, and advocacy. Currently serving as the Head of Regulatory Support at The Electoral Commission since January 2018, McLeod previously held the position of Public Affairs Manager. Prior experience includes the role of Policy and Advocacy Manager at the Alcohol Health Alliance from August 2015 to January 2018 and Senior Parliamentary Researcher at the House of Commons from September 2012 to May 2015. McLeod began the career with internships, including a role as a Research and Editorial Intern at the ATA Alternative Technology Association and a Summer Internship at McKay & Norwell WS. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Politics and International Relations from the University of Aberdeen and attendance at St George's School for Girls.
