Kim Reed

Kim Reed has extensive experience in both the food service and executive search sectors. Currently, Kim serves as a Senior Coordinator of Search Success at The Elliot Group, providing vital administrative support to recruiters and clients while ensuring the efficient coordination of candidate interviews and travel arrangements. Prior roles include Owner/Operator at Ipp’s Pastaria & Bar, where Kim managed restaurant operations and developed marketing strategies, and Managing Partner at Ippolito's Italian Restaurant, overseeing all aspects of restaurant management. Kim's foundational education in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies was completed at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
