Barbara Miller

Barbara Miller has extensive work experience in the legal field. Barbara is currently the General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at The Energy Authority. Prior to this role, they worked at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta from 2010 to 2021, holding various positions such as First Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Director of Strategy. At this bank, they provided strategic advice, handled financial transactions and regulations, and dealt with litigation and general corporate law issues. Before that, they worked at Alston & Bird LLP as an Associate, representing companies in complex transactions and offering advice on corporate matters. Barbara also worked at Irell & Manella and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP as an Associate, providing legal counsel on business transactions and corporate finance.

Barbara Miller has a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University. Barbara also holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Columbia Law School. In addition, they are admitted to the California Bar by the State Bar of California, the Georgia Bar by the State Bar of Georgia, and the New York Bar by the New York State Bar Association.
