John Downs

John Downs possesses extensive experience in software development and release engineering, currently serving as a Release Engineer at The Energy Authority since August 2018. Previously held positions include Senior DevOps Engineer at One Call Care Management and VP of Application Lifecycle Management at CIT. John has worked with various technologies such as Visual Studio, PowerShell, Microsoft Azure, and automated deployment tools. Additional experience includes roles at Microsoft focused on application lifecycle management, as well as early career roles in game design and IT management. John has a background in education from Bridgewater State University, Hawthorne College, and Nashoba Valley Tech.
