Samantha Brown (Sam)

Samantha (Sam) Brown currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager at the Energy Foundation, where responsibilities include advising on people-development strategy and managing organizational development initiatives focused on performance consulting, employee onboarding, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Prior to this role, Samantha held the position of Director of Organizational and Professional Development at Cascadia College, where efforts centered on evolving campus culture and managing organizational development strategies. Additional experience includes teaching and curriculum design at Yoga Behind Bars, managing business development and labor market analysis at Workforce Snohomish, and leading community impact initiatives at United Way of Snohomish County. Samantha holds a Master of Arts in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Learning and Development from Western Michigan University.
