Senior Back End Software Engineer at Flow Engineering

Arran Hobson Sayers has worked in a variety of engineering roles since 2015. In 2015, they completed a work placement within the Medical Engineering and Building Services Departments at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals. In 2016, they interned as a Wireline Services Field Engineer at Schlumberger where they ran tests on wireline procedures, calibrated and serviced wireline tooling, and performed initial analysis of collected wireline data. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Mechanical and Computational Engineer at Rolls-Royce, where they completed an 18-month graduate scheme and then took on a full-time engineering role as an Emerging Technology Research Engineer. In 2020, they began working as a Back End Software Engineer at The Engineering Company.

Arran Hobson Sayers completed their secondary education at Altrincham Grammar School for Boys from 2006 to 2013. Arran then went on to pursue a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College London, which they completed in 2017.
