Elle Scarbrough

Elle Scarbrough Marler has extensive experience in community-focused roles, currently serving as Field Director, Quality Improvement Specialist, and Technology Coordinator at The Enterprise Center since December 2021. Prior to this, Elle held multiple positions at the United Way of Greater Chattanooga from January 2019 to December 2021, including Venture Forward Coordinator and Education Initiatives Program Associate. Elle's early career included a role as Director of Children Ministry at St. Alban's Episcopal Church from January 2018 to August 2019. Elle holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where studies were completed in 2022, and a degree in Psychology from the same institution, earned in 2020.
