Jessica Cardoso

Jessica Cardoso is an experienced administrative and case management professional currently serving as the Administrative Manager at The Entrust Group since March 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as a House Manager Supervisor at Parisi House on the Hill from May 2021 to March 2023, and had a long tenure at Levi’s® Stadium from June 2014 to March 2023, receiving multiple commendations for exceptional guest service. Jessica's background also includes extensive experience at Goodwill of Silicon Valley as a Re-Entry Case Manager and NOW Program Re-Entry Business Developer, where expertise in client counseling, job placement, and community service coordination was demonstrated. Jessica served as a Counselor Supervisor Case Manager at Star Programs Inc, with certifications in Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention.
