Jessica Ripper

Jessica Ripper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, communications, and policy advocacy within the nonprofit and public sectors. Currently serving as the Founder of C3 Collaborative and the Mission Real Estate Portfolio Manager for The Episcopal Diocese of San Diego, Jessica previously held significant roles such as Director of Market Execution at the Global Policy Leadership Academy and Principal at LeSar Development Consultants, where leadership in housing policy initiatives and community engagement was key. Additional experience includes consulting for government and nonprofit entities, managing communications and media relations for various organizations, and developing educational programs to empower diverse leaders in sectors intersecting with housing, health, and human services.
