Gilbert Flores

Gilbert Flores is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as Recruitment Manager at The Erosion Company since May 2023, Gilbert previously held the role of Senior Recruiter in Talent Acquisition at Carrington Mortgage Holdings from August 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, Gilbert worked as a Senior Executive Recruiter at Royal Caribbean Group for a brief period in 2021. Gilbert's background also includes over a decade of service in the US Army, where roles encompassed People & Recruitment Operations Manager and Operations Manager. Earlier career experience includes serving as Youth Program Coordinator at YMCA of Central Texas. Gilbert holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Louisville and completed Army Ranger School in 2015.
