Lei Ann Robles

Lei Ann Robles is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Engagement Manager and previously as Engagement Associate at The Executive Centre since August 2022, Lei Ann Robles has honed skills in guest engagement and management. Prior experience includes roles as a Line Cook at Grand Hyatt, where responsibilities included setting up desserts and preparing a variety of ala minute desserts, and as a Banquet Chef at Madinat Jumeirah, gaining exposure across multiple kitchen stations. Lei Ann Robles also worked at Vatel Restaurant Manila, focusing on daily mis en place and coordinating timely food dispatch. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Restaurant and Institution Management with a focus on Culinary Arts from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, complemented by a training program at The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management.
