Esther Calle

Esther Calle serves as the Executive Vice President and Director of the Miami Division at The Falcon Group since March 2019, leveraging extensive experience in engineering and management. Previously, Esther held the position of Department Head at M2E Consulting Engineers from September 2017 to January 2019 and served as a Senior Project Engineer at the same firm from February 2016 to 2017. With a strong foundation in structural engineering and leadership, Esther has significantly contributed to advancing engineering projects and team development.
