Aaron W. Chavis

Aaron W. Chavis, M.P.A., serves as a Strategic Advisor at EmPathic Institute since April 2018, providing executives and emerging leaders with strategic support in employee development, time management, conflict resolution, and operational strategies. Key contributions include leading the strategic development of a $500K agency budget and operations for a startup trade school in Trenton and designing a successful women's relationship program for a nonprofit in the Greater Philadelphia area.
