Jay Schrader

Jay B. Schrader, SPHR, SCP, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of People and Culture at The Farmers Bank since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jay held positions at Byrider, including Director of Human Resources and Corporate Human Resources Manager, from August 2018 to September 2022. Jay's extensive experience also includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Kohl's from June 2004 to August 2018, where responsibilities involved supporting the Loss Prevention organization, and as Regional Talent Manager at Home Depot from 2000 to 2004. Earlier experience includes serving as Divisional Human Resource Manager for both Wendy's International-Tim Horton's Division from 1997 to 2000. Jay holds a BBA in Management and an MS in Human Resources and Organization Development from Eastern Michigan University.
