Rebekah Kondrat

Rebekah Kondrat is a seasoned professional in the retail sector, currently serving as Founder and Managing Partner at rekon retail since July 2020, where the focus is on creating scalable physical retail stores. Rebekah holds multiple advisory and executive roles, including Executive In Residence at The Fashioneering Lab and SVP Retail at retailOS. Additionally, Rebekah advises on retail development at Players Cafe and sits on the board of the Inevitable Foundation, which supports disabled screenwriters, as well as the Adoptive and Foster Family Coalition of New York. Previous experience includes partnerships in retail strategy at Loose Threads, serving as Director of Retail at Joybird, and leadership positions at Outdoor Voices and Warby Parker. Rebekah holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Classical Ballet from The New School and a certificate in Human Capital Management from NYU School of Professional Studies.
