Dina Perreault

Dina Perreault has a diverse work history, starting with their role as an Air Defense Artillery and Quartermaster Officer in the US Army from 1992 to 2002. Dina held various positions within the army, including Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, and Company Commander. Dina served proudly in Saudi Arabia during Desert Shield/Desert Storm as a PATRIOT missile officer.

Following their military service, Dina worked at Sunoco, Inc from 2002 to 2005 as the Manager of HR Operations. Dina managed corporate recruiters and training consultants, overseeing recruitment, leadership training, talent development, and succession planning for the company's refineries and corporate headquarters.

In 2005, they joined DBM as the Director of North America Human Resources, where they provided HR solutions, succession planning, and organizational development for 70 offices in the US and Canada. Dina also offered HR consultation to executive teams in North America, Europe, and Australia, and developed executive compensation programs for regional offices.

From 2007 to 2008, Dina served as the Director of Talent Solutions at Devon Consulting. Dina managed a team of recruiters both in Philadelphia and Pune, India, and focused on providing IT contractors, contract-to-hire personnel, permanent placement staffing, and recruitment process outsourcing.

In 2008, Dina began working at The Faulkner Organization as the Vice President of Human Resources. The organization consists of 30 dealerships and 10 collision centers in Pennsylvania, employing nearly 2000 people. Dina takes pride in ensuring both customer and employee satisfaction within the organization.

Lastly, Dina worked as an Online Faculty member at the University of Phoenix from 2002 to 2013. There, they contributed to online education by teaching various subjects to students.

Dina Perreault holds a Master of Science in Administration (MSA) with a focus on Personnel Administration from Central Michigan University. Dina also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Clark University. Additionally, Dina has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including a Veterans At Work Certificate from SHRM in December 2022, a Certified Pilates Instructor - 500 hour comprehensive certification from Pilates Body Center in April 2022, and a COVID-19 Contact Tracing certification from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in June 2020. Other certifications include being a Professional Dynametric Programs Professional & Mentor (PDP/ProScan) from PDP Global in June 2019, a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in February 2015, a Predictive Index Analyst from Predictive Index by RHSweeney Austin in April 2014, a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2005, and a Human Resources Management Certificate from Cornell University ILR School in May 2003.
